Our party remains focused on finishing Canada’s economic recovery by implementing our low tax plan for economic growth and job creation. One issue that continues to be of concern to the citizens of Kootenay-Columbia is the infrastructure deficit that our local communities face. This lack of infrastructure has a direct impact on our local economies. Having safe highways to drive on saves lives, and helps our local economies. That is why, if elected as your next Member of Parliament, I will work together with my municipal and provincial counterparts to upgrade and fix our infrastructure problems. From my 9 years experience in municipal politics, I have a proven track record of working with other government officials to get things done for my constituents. Having had the opportunity to work with the majority of the local governments in this riding, I am confident that we can fix our infrastructure problems, helping our local economies and local communities.
